You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All Accounts on wd288 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Currency conversion is not offered. All displayed amounts, bonus values, wagering requirements, and transaction limits are stated in IDR.
Tip: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your Account security settings for an additional layer of protection. wd288 strongly recommends all Members activate 2FA immediately after registration.
wd288 is required to verify the identity and age of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time at wd288's discretion, including during promotional campaigns or following unusual account activity.

Deposits made via e-wallet or bank transfer are typically credited to your Account within minutes. wd288 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank maintenance windows, or national holidays. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your wd288 Account are legally owned by you and are not derived from any unlawful activity. wd288 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds at any time.

wd288 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15–60 minutes during peak WIB (Western Indonesia Time) operating hours. Processing may take longer during weekends, national public holidays (including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day), or periods of high transaction volume. Bank transfer times are additionally subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per 24-hour period are set by payment method and are displayed within the withdrawal interface. wd288 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to large withdrawal requests before processing.
wd288 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request if there is reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, you will be informed via the email address on your Account, and the funds will remain in your Account pending resolution.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on wd288 are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails for that offer only.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a 30× wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. All bets placed on wd288 are subject to acceptance by wd288 at its sole discretion. wd288 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, including where a bet appears to have been placed in error, at abnormal odds, or in circumstances that wd288 determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play.

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the declared settlement window; the market is suspended due to a technical error; the odds were published incorrectly due to a manifest error; or the bet was accepted after the relevant event had already concluded.
For casino and slot games, the certified RNG system determines all outcomes. Results are logged server-side and are final. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
Consequences: Confirmed cases of prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be reported to relevant financial crime authorities. wd288 cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
wd288 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, if wd288 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.
Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion.
